The use of the FinClub application form is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please take a moment to read this.

You hereby declare that the information provided to FinClub is true and correct and that you are not currently insolvent, under administration, debt review or any debt restructuring programme.

You declare that you are a South African citizen between 18 and 65 years of age. We offer a completely independent 14-in-1 Plan: Financial Wellness & Credit Check, Emergency Medical Assist, Emergency Roadside Assist, Funeral Assist, HIV AIDS Treatment Line, Home Assist, Legal Assist, Tax Advice, Trauma Assist and Counselling, Tutor Online, Discounted Accommodation, Discount Voucher, Debt Counselling, and Value Vouchers.

For all of these services, a monthly perpetual agreement fee will be payable according to the package that you have chosen, namely: a) R59 per month for Compact, b) R79 per month for Family, c) R99 per month for Standard, d) R129 per month for Premium. Package fees and features may change from time to time.

If you sign up for our services and monthly fee, you agree to the terms, conditions, and limitations associated with them.We will deduct these fees directly from your bank account with the account details you have provided. Upon completion of your application for our services, you’ll receive immediate access to all our services, namely Financial Education Programme, Spend less & Earn more Opportunities, Loan Find Assist, Financial Wellness & Credit Check, Emergency Medical Assist, Emergency Roadside Assist, Funeral Assist, HIV AIDS Treatment Line, Home Assist, Legal Assist, Tax Advice, Trauma Assist and Counselling, Tutor Online, Discounted Accommodation, Discount Voucher, Debt Counselling, and Value Vouchers depending on the package you have chosen. Please note that this agreement is not binding and that you’re entitled to cancel at any given time. However, you do have a five-day cooling-off period which will commence upon the completion of this application. Should you cancel or reverse after the cooling-off period, we’ll charge you a reasonable cancellation fee (as prescribed by the Consumer protection Act) of only R250, as the services would already have commenced. You hereby state that you understand these Terms and Conditions and give FinClub permission to debit your account for the package that you have chosen. We use a third party collections agent. Therefore, their name, along with your unique FinClub reference number, will be referenced on your bank statement.

We will only deduct the funds from your account if your application for our services has been received, accepted and processed. Acknowledgement You understand that the withdrawal hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African Banks. You also understand that details of this withdrawal will be printed on your bank statement. Such reference will enable you to identify the Agreement.

You acknowledge that the payment instruction issued by you shall be treated by your abovementioned Bank as if the instruction have been issued by you personally. You agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by you, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. You will not be entitled to any refund of any amount which we have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amount was legally owing by you. You acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.
